The Titan Arum, or the corpse flower, is close to blooming in the H.F. Thut Greenhouse. The plant is set to bloom in late June to early July and is expected to be as tall as eight feet.

Steven Malehorn, greenhouse manager, measures the height of the Titan Arum Thursday in Thut Greenhouse. This flower was 69.5 inches tall at the time, but Malehorn said he hopes it will beat the 76-inch record from the previous bloom in 2014.
