The Charleston Fire Department was called to 805 10 St. in Charleston Thursday around 2:15 a.m. in response to a structure fire. The fire appears to have began in the rear apartment, which moved towards the attic of the structure. The structure contained four apartments with a total of four residents and one dog who are now displaced due to significant damage to the structure.
