The female Panther of the Week is going to Abby Reinl from the women’s soccer team.
The sophomore forward from Sheboygan, Wisconsin, scored two goals throughout the week for the Panthers.
Reinl scored one goal to help the team record a 2-1 win over Southeast Missouri State Thursday afternoon.
Reinl also scored another goal in the 2-1 loss against Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Sunday afternoon.
The male Panther of the Week is going to Quenton Rogers from the football team.
The redshirt freshman wide receiver from Mahomet recorded his first collegiate touchdown on his first collegiate pass during the homecoming game.
Rogers recorded a 39 yard touchdown off of a pass from graduate Pierce Holley.
Eastern lost to Southeast Missouri State 38-27 Saturday afternoon at O’Brien Field.
