Defensive back Russell Dandy was named a Walter Camp Football Championship Subdivision All-American on Dec. 29.
Dandy is the 10th Panther to be named part of the Walter Camp All-American team.
The fifth year from Hinesville, GA led the FCS with 19 passes defended during the 2023 regular football season. Dandy also recorded one interception during the regular season.
Dandy also set a school record with 18 pass break-ups in a single season. Dandy also ended the season with 34 tackles and two fumble recoveries.
Dandy has no more college eligibility left as he is now preparing for the 2024 NFL Draft.
