Redshirt sophomore Blake Ruffin has been named a Football Championship Subdivision All-American by the Associated Press.
The safety from Louisville, KY got named on the second team All-American list.
Ruffin missed the entirety of last season due to a torn ACL and returned at the beginning of the 2023 season.
Ruffin led the FCS in interceptions with four throughout the Panthers’ 11 games. Ruffin also ranked second on the team in tackles as he recorded 63 for the season.
Ruffin announced his departure to the transfer portal Nov. 29 on X.
