Harvey, a 14-week-old Beagle puppy, sits with his owner Hannah McCarty (right) and her friend Brittany Phelps (center back) outside of Starbucks Thursday afternoon.

McCarty said that Harvey was ready for his nap and explained that that was the reason for his calm and droopy demeanor.

Both McCarty and Phelps are second year grad students at Eastern studying school counseling.

They said they were at Starbucks studying and doing homework.
