EDITORIAL: Be positive and stop complaining all the time
March 25, 2019
Every day you will come across a situation that brings you stress. More often than not, there is a solution to this problem.
The problem about this is that so many people in the world love to complain. It is as if they get a high from complaining.
Because of this, when they are offered a solution to their problem, they often refuse it.
Life is too short to be miserable. You are simply going to come across stressful situations for the rest of your life.
No one said these would be easy, but it is up to you as to how you handle daily situations.
We at The Daily Eastern News encourage everyone to focus less on the negative and more on the positive.
It is OK to complain when you are stressed, but if someone offers you a solution, you should really consider taking their advice.
It may not be good advice, or it may not simply work for the problem you are enduring, but it is better to try to fix things than to constantly complain.
People who complain constantly are not the type of people that others want to be around.
Negative attitudes put others in bad moods, and they simply do not want to be a part of that.
We at The Daily Eastern News also encourage others to take a deep breath when they are stressed and facing a dilemma. Focus on the fact that something can be done, and have faith that you will get it taken care of.
You can spend your whole life complaining about the littlest things, but it really is not going to bring you anything positive. You are only going to be extremely unhappy.
Think about the good things in life and remember that not everything is a huge deal.
When you constantly complain, it takes a lot of energy out of your body.
People often stress about dealing with depression and sadness in their lives.
These are two very common things for human beings to go through.
However, you have the power to do something about them and get better.
This goes for everything you are facing in life.
Just remember that being optimistic and positive only increases happiness and will make you feel 100 times better.
Things will get better, but only if you choose to let them get better.
