Eastern’s ROTC men and women trained people how to rapel from a building on top of Klehm Hall on October 9, 2015. This is the ROTC’s annual event in which ROTC soldiers get better at rappelling and anybody on campus has the opportunity to rappel off the building. The event normally brings in about 300 participants annually, with emotions of those ranging from terrified to ecstatic.
