This was the 25th year of the Charleston, Ill. Red, White & Blue Days. These activities took place July 4, 2015 at Morton Park, including a Chalk-In hosted by the Coles County Arts Council, water hose open by the Charleston Fire Department, and the Fourth of July Parade.
