The Traveling Wall to commemorate veterans of the Vietnam War was escorted by motorcycles from the Cross County Mall in Mattoon to the Coles County Fair Grounds in Charleston on July 1. The wall will be open starting at Noon on July 2 and will continue to be open until 3 p.m. on July 5.
