How Animals Grieve lecture rescheduled
April 6, 2015
Barbara King, author of the book “How Animals Grieve,” rescheduled a lecture based on the book at 5 p.m. April 30 in the lecture hall of the Doudna Fine Arts Center. King was to originally present her lecture on March 26, but canceled because of an illness.
The lecture will be based off her research she used in her book, which examines emotion, cognition and the many behaviors of elephants, cats and birds.
King is the chancellor professor of anthropology at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va.
