A cannabis complaint was reported on Friday in Carman Hall. The incident was referred to the state’s attorney and the Office of Student Standards.

Clint Tucker, 21, of 14031 E. CR 150 N, Charleston, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Saturday near Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. Tucker was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and a blood-alcohol concentration greater than 0.08. He was released to the custody of the Coles County Sheriff’s Office at 2 a.m. pending a $3,000 bond.

Matthew Paciga, 18, of 10907 S. Parkside, Chicago Ridge, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. on Saturday at Lincoln Avenue and Ninth Street. Paciga was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and released to the custody of the Coles County Sherrif’s Office at 3:22 a.m. pending a $1,000 bond.

Quashe Wilson, 19, of 2210 Ninth Street, Apt. 304, Charleston, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Sunday near Andrews Hall. Wilson was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than 0.08, possession of liquor by a minor and driving on a suspended license. Wilson was released to the custody of the Coles County Sheriff’s Office at 2:08 a.m. pending a $3,000 bond.

It was reported on Monday that a credit card was used without authorization at the Martin Luther King Jr. University Union Food Court. The incident is under investigation.
