The Residence Hall Association met Thursday night in Ford Hall to discuss the upcoming Homecoming and Halloween events.
A Halloween dance party will be held Oct. 29 in Pemberton Hall.
“There will be a costume contest, snacks and pictures so it should be a really fun event,” said Jacob Hanley, the associate resident director of Ford Hall.
Kickball, dodgeball and a “Saw” movie marathon are all events scheduled to celebrate Homecoming and Halloween.
Juston Curry, a junior biology major and a resident assistant in Ford Hall, said. “Everybody is excited for Homecoming,” Curry said. “This meeting went well, and it’s clear that there are a lot of great events coming up.”
RHA Treasurer Dan Clark said he is focusing on preparing the RHA budget for next year but will still try to attend as many events as he can.
“I’d like to encourage people to come out to all of the upcoming events, and I’m going to try and get out there and support the events,” Clark said. ? ? ? ?
