Men’s soccer coach Adam Howarth has a strong team this year and Eastern’s record is proof of that.

Despite the 3-0 loss to Western Illinois Tuesday night, the Panthers still have a solid 6-2-1 record. They have been good on both the road and at home.

The team were on the road for 19 days without having a home match.

The success the Panthers have come from the consistent play of the team.

Here are some of the top contributors on the Panthers offense this season.

1. Brad Peters – The junior forward has started all eight games this season and has three goals and assists. The St. Peters native has also taken 24 shots at the goal, the most on the team.

2. Brad Earl – Earl, a Coppell, Texas, native, has also started all the matches this season and has two goals with a .222 shot percentage. Before the loss against the Leathernecks, the senior midfielder had scored two game-winning goals against IUPUI and Kentucky.

3. Mick Galeski and Alex Harrison – England natives Galeski and Harrison both find themselves on this list because of they have made a big influence. Garrison, a freshman forward, from Newcastle, England, has started seven matches, has three goals and two assists.

Senior midfielder Galeski, from Blackburn, England, has two goals on nine shots and has started all the matches this season.
