Most college students wouldn’t even dream of seeing the light of day before noon on a Saturday. But this Saturday, nearly 600 Eastern students will be waking up to get themselves to Lake Land College in Mattoon by 8 a.m. No, there’s not a Beer Breakfast, nor is there a free buffet.
