Foreign Language Department offering Spring Break trip to Mexico

Imagine spending a fabulous spring break touring Mexico. Richard Crome, assistant professor of Spanish, can make that dream come true.

The trip includes visits to Mexico City, Zacatlan, Puebla, Oaxaca, Puerto Escondido, Acapulco and Taxco, Crome said. Students will get to see the best known archaeological site in Mexico, The Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

The trip offers first-hand contact with the people of Mexico, its history and culture, Crome said. Two credit hours may be earned in FLG-2500 (no prerequisite). The estimated cost of the trip is $990 and must be paid to Crome by Feb. 15. The fees includes air and surface transportation, hotel, guide fees and entrances to archeological zones, Crome said. Tuition is not covered in the fee.
